Cancellation Policy – Generator Store

At Generator Store, we aim to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please log in to your account within 30 minutes of placing the order and cancel it. If you checked out as a guest or if more than 30 minutes have passed, you’ll need to follow our Return Policy to return the item for a refund.

If an order is refused upon delivery, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy – Generator Store

We accept returns for new or slightly used products in original packaging within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns for defective or damaged products are also accepted. Items must include all original accessories for a successful return.

  • You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions via email.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 2 days.

Important: For larger items, sales are final. If there’s a problem with delivery or setup, contact customer service.
